WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:
- snatch tempo pulls: 3 sets x 3 reps……no pausing but take 4-5 sec getting to high hang. go as heavy as you can using perfect technique.
- clean tempo pulls: same as snatch.
- body building…..your choice….no more than 2o minutes.
- abs: your choice.
