WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch tempo pulls: 3 sets x 3 reps……no pausing but take 4-5 sec getting to high hang. go as heavy as you can using perfect technique.
  2. clean tempo pulls: same as snatch.
  3. body building…..your choice….no more than 2o minutes.
  4. abs: your choice.
