WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:  DOING A NEW STRENGTH CYCLE!

  1. back squat: 3 x 10 at 60%, 65%, 70%
  2. bench press: 3 x 10 at same %
  3. clean deadlifts: 3×10 at 60%, 65%, 70%
  4. pull ups x 50 reps
  5. sit ups using weight behind head x 100 total

this is a more volume than you are use to….maintain good form!!
