WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: DOING A NEW STRENGTH CYCLE!
- back squat: 3 x 10 at 60%, 65%, 70%
- bench press: 3 x 10 at same %
- clean deadlifts: 3×10 at 60%, 65%, 70%
- pull ups x 50 reps
- sit ups using weight behind head x 100 total
this is a more volume than you are use to….maintain good form!!
