WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: GET SOME LIGHT STRETCHING AND MOBILITY WORK IN BEFORE A ACTIVE RECOVERY WORKOUT. TODAY IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE HARD…BUT I WANT SOMETHING LIGHT.
- power snatch+ohs+snatch balance no dip: 1+1+1 x 5 sets with no more than 20-30% of 1 rm.
- power clean+front squat+jerk: 1+1+1 x 5 sets….with no more than 20-30% of 1 rm.
- front squat: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3. light to medium weight.
- back squat: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2. light weight.
- ab work. your choice.
