3 x 7 minute amraps of:

100ft walking lunge with 45/35lb plate overhead 

15 weighted sit ups (50/30)

Rest 1 min

Post rounds and reps completed to Wodify and whiteboard 

Cool down

Spend 5 min on the bike

Foam roll: glutes, hammys, IT bands
