10 single-arm overhead squats, left arm

10 L-pull-ups (mod: strict, band strict, supine rings)

10 dumbbell power snatches, right arm

10 single-arm overhead squats, right arm

10 L-pull-ups

Women: 35lb/ Rx+ 50lb

Men: 50lb/ Rx+ 70lb
