Tabata Squats

Tabata DB russian swings (50/35)

Tabata Bike for cals

Tabata Single arm Devils press (50/35) 

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to Wodify and whiteboard
