Partner med ball warm up 

  • Roll to toss

  • Lateral toss

  • Roll to backwards toss

  • Toss to slam

  • Roll to toss

  • Chest passes

OUTWOD foundation WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible with a partner in 20 min of:

30 wall ball (split reps how you’d like)

20 weighted abmat sit ups (alt. every rep)

10 Synchro burpees (meet at bottom and high five on top)

  • Every 4 mins complete:

200m relay run (ea. does 100m)

Post rounds and reps to Wodify and whiteboard
