PVC warm up and stretches 

Strength day!

Every 1:30 for 22:30 of:

First 5 rounds: 5 Shoulder press

Second 5 rounds: 3 Push press

Last 5 rounds: 1 Jerk

*this is set up to go up on each set and go heavy as possible in the singles

Rest 1:30 Then, 

Max time bear hug ball or bag hold (150/100)

Post loads for ea. Lift and bear hug time to Wodify and whiteboard
