Banded floor mobility 

Strength 

Emom for 10 min of:

Deadlift

First two min: 5 reps @55%

Next three min: 3 reps @65-70%

Last five min: 1 rep @75-80%

Rest/ transition 1min then,

WOD 

3 rounds for time of:

1 min handstand hold 

10 burpees

1 min handstand hold

10 burpees over bar 

(12 min cap)
