Banded floor mobility 

WOD

Teams of 2 or 3 complete:

6 min MAX distance Sled pull (180/140)( 100ft splits)

(*for 3’s partner switching out sprints 100m)

Then, 

5 min MAX reps D ball over box (50/30)(60in) 

(*1 ea. Partner)

Then,

4 min MAX distance run with ball (50/30)(50m switch)

(* Everyone runs only one holds ball for 50m)

Post sled pull distance, over box reps, and ball run distance to Wodify and whiteboard
