NOTE: For the month of September the Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday weightlifting class will be open gym style and for those who have been attending. Please be respectful of the 6:30pm CrossFit class that will be going on. A coach will be present for class if you need help. If you are new to the WL program or are interested in starting, the new cycle will start in 4 weeks and at that time the WL coached classes will resume.

Snatch Balance – 70% x 2, 75% x 1, 80% x 1 x 3
Back Squat – 70% x 3, 75% x 3 x 3
Weighted Plank – 4 x 20-30 sec
A1. Press in Clean – 4 x 8-12
A2. Tall Muscle Snatch – 4 x 10
A3. Step-Up – 4 x 10 (below knee)
