50ft bear crawl forward + backward

1 wall walk

Then,

Bar warm up to starting set

WOD

Every 2 min for 10 min of:

8 Wall walks (mod: 1:20 amrap, or wall step up)

Max reps single arm devils press (RX 50/35)(RX + 70/50)

Rest 2 min Then,

6 min to find 1RM Hang clean

Post reps and max lift to Wodify and Whiteboard

Extra Credit

3 Sets:

10 GHD Superman KB Rows

30 Weighted Russian Twists (20/14#)

Recovery

2 Sets:

:30 Banded Shoulder Stretch / ea. Side

:30 Wrist Extension Stretch / ea. Side
