WOD

20 Minute AMRAP:

-100m Farmer Carry (use any weight, KB or DB)

-20 Cal Ski/Row/Bike

-300m Run

-40 Double Unders or 60 Single Unders

*no Rx weight, looking for a nice steady sweat and consistent pace

Post WOD

20 Minutes of coach led stretching in class. Been a tough week so far and if you are feeling beat up this is a great opportunity to get some active recovery and mobility work in.
