 Wall Slides: 8-10 reps

 Deadbugs with arms pressing into wall: 10 reps

 Goblet press from Squat: 6-8 reps

 Cossack Squats: 8-10 reps

 Front rack stretch: 20-30 secs/side

Jerk Technique Warm-up: 2 Sets (barbell only)

 Jerk Dips: 6 reps

 Jerk Drops: 10 reps

 Press from Split: 8 reps

 Stepping Jerk Balance: 6 reps

Push Press + Pause Jerk (% of PP) *Increase BOLD weights if you feel good and technique is solid.

Back Squat

 60% x 10

 65% x 8

 70% x 6

 75% x 4

 80% x 2

Weighted Plank: 4 x 20-30 seconds

 Step-ups (box below knee): 4 x 10 reps
