Its CrossFit Games week!!! I hope you enjoyed watching the FIttest on Earth tackle the events this weekend. Now its your turn!! (kinda). All week in class we will be doing Games workouts that are modified to better fit into class and the equipment we have available. Always fun to take on the tests we all just watched on TV!

WARM UP

In 25′ increments,

200′ shuttle run

50′ high knees +

50′ butt kickers +

50′ side shuffles +

50′ bear crawl

MOVEMENT/MOBILITY – barbell, 2 light DB’s

15 good mornings

:20 sleeper stretch / side

:20 happy baby stretch

:30 plank

:30 side plank / side

10 bird dogs

5 Plank Walk Outs

*grab 2 light DB’s or plates

16 double db OH forward lunges

16 bent over reverse flies
