15/12 Cal Ski or Row

SWEAT DAY!!!

“Rinse and Repeat Variation”

Every 2 minutes Until Failure

-4 Shuttle Runs (down and back- 25′ Increments)

-2 Calorie Ski/Row* (add 2 Calories until you can no longer complete cals in 2 minute window)

*score is the highest number of calories you successfully complete in 2 minutes

*Once you fail an interval, take an interval off and then start again at the beginning. Continue working until the last person in class fails or a minimum of 10 Intervals.
