*a little odd object stuff in the warm up, shouldn’t be crazy heavy but needs to have a little weight to it

SWEAT DAY!!!

-Max Cal Row

-Max Cal Ski

-Max Cal Bike Erg

-Rest

*Give yourself about :10 to transition from machines so you are starting each round on time

*try and find a number you can consistently hit all 8 rounds

*score is lowest row + lowest ski + lowest bike

*line up with people of similar height so you don’t have to adjust bike and rower settings a ton
