Machine Tabata on Machine of Choice

then,

Banded Stretching

-3 Way Hamstring Stretch

-Banded Quad Stretch

-Banded Front Rack Opener

-Calf Stretch on Rig

10/7 Cal Sprint on Machine

SWEAT DAY!!!

Every 5 Minutes x 6 Sets

50/40 Cal Machine or 600m Run

Max Cal Machine in remaining time

*if using machine for first part, use a different machine for part 2

*score is cals on machine 2

Can attack this two ways, if you are beat up and sore its a good solid mover. Or you can really get after this one and make it hurt!!
